Then, in 2008, Chad started working at FMC Technologies as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they gained substantial experience in this field for over a decade, until 2019. Following this, they worked as a Component Engineer at Acara Solutions, Inc., an Aleron company from 2019 until 2021.
