Marcia Denes

Marcia Denes is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in managing people and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of People at MOMBAK since May 2025, Marcia previously held the role of Human Resources Director at CRMBonus, where significant contributions were made in leadership, strategic planning, and the implementation of innovative HR projects. Additional experience includes roles at Zmes, Red Ventures, Cotton On Group, Hays, Carina Duek, Restoque, and MZ Consult, which encompass recruitment, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, and internal communication. Marcia holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
