Daniel Perez

Daniel Perez has worked in various roles since 2014. Daniel began their career as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, where they completed the Coffee Master Certification and increased in-store coffee sales to 20 pounds a week. In 2018, they moved to sharingbox as an Operations Associate, traveling to locations all over the US to install and pick up photo and video branded events. In 2019, they became an Assistant Store Manager at HEX | Equip The Creators. In 2020, they joined Moment as an Order Associate and Gear Guide, providing customer service via email, live chat, scheduled video calls, and phone support. Daniel also helped test and launch the Phone Support service, and contributed to the grand total of 373 video calls in 2021 which generated $34k revenue with an AOV of $211. In 2022, they moved to Starbucks again as a Shift Supervisor/Barista, where they were responsible for making sure health, safety, and preparation protocols were consistently being held to the standard.

Daniel Perez attended Florida International University from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Music Business & Education. In May 2022, they obtained a certification as a Peak Design Product Expert from Peak Design.
