Jeff Barlow

Jeff Barlow has extensive experience in the legal field, holding various roles throughout their career. Jeff most recently served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Momentive Technologies since November 2019. Prior to this, they founded Nimble Services LLC in 2016 and was responsible for the company's operations until November 2019. From 2012 to 2016, Barlow worked as the General Counsel at Swagelok, where they established and developed the company's law department, taking care of legal matters related to transactions, litigation, and regulations. Before that, they were a Senior Attorney for Mergers & Acquisitions at Eaton Corp. from July 2008 to June 2012. Jeff Barlow's early career includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Roetzel & Andress from 2006 to 2008, an Associate at Stites & Harbison in 2005, and an Associate at Roetzel & Andress from 2002 to 2005.

Jeff Barlow attended Grosse Pointe North high school from 1990 to 1994. Jeff then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Denison University from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 1999 to 2002 and obtained their Juris Doctor degree.
