Sue-Lynn Noel

Sue-Lynn Noel has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent role being the Senior Vice-President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Purolator Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Vice-President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at the same company. Before joining Purolator Inc., Sue-Lynn worked as the Vice President of Legal at GFL Environmental Inc. Sue-Lynn also has experience as the Senior Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at Livingston International, where they provided advice, managed risk, and drafted contracts for various business groups. Sue-Lynn began their career at Owens, Wright LLP, where they worked as a Partner and Associate in the Business Law Practice Group.

Sue-Lynn Noel attended Osgoode Hall Law School, York University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree in Business law. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sue-Lynn Noel also completed the Black Executive Leadership Program at McKinsey & Company in March 2022.
