Robin Keller has a diverse work experience in HR and leadership roles. Most recently, from 2018, they served as the Vice President of Global People Operations and Global HR Shared Services and Payroll at Momentive, where they led a team focused on transformations, M&A, change management, coaching, development, and employee relations. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they were the Vice President of Global HR Operations at Hexion, responsible for talent development and safety engagement. From 2011 to 2017, Robin worked at Momentive as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and before that as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Robin started their career in 1994 as an HR Generalist at Osi Specialties/Witco/Crompton and held various roles in companies such as GE Silicones and Momentive Performance Materials.

Robin Keller attended Wheeling University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned their Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Management. Prior to that, they attended Fairmont State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/ Bachelor of Arts degree in Education.
