Victoria Irr

Victoria Irr is a Production Engineer at Momentive since August 2021, responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective production across multiple assets, minimizing downtime from mechanical failures, and enhancing safety performance. Previously, Victoria served as a Process Engineer, leading initiatives that improved automation and increased production capacity. Prior experience includes environmental work with Rural Action, where tasks involved water quality monitoring and community education, as well as roles in customer service and stable management. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University, where additional research and academic contributions were made in geothermal reservoir engineering.
