Sheri Falcon

Sheri Falcon serves as the General Counsel for Momentous since March 2022, providing legal counsel to technology companies in Canada and the Caribbean. In addition to this role, Sheri has been the Chair of the Board of Directors for the International Foundation for Online Responsibility (IFFOR) since November 2011. Sheri's prior experience includes positions as General Counsel and Board Director at Minds + Machines Group Limited and ICM Registry LLC, where responsibilities encompassed corporate legal strategies, compliance, and drafting agreements. Sheri co-founded Bedrock, Inc., serving as President and General Counsel, and held roles in various companies where legal advisory, HR matters, and business development were key focus areas. Sheri holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in International Political Science and Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
