Robin Everly

Robin Everly serves as General Counsel for Momentum, overseeing legal functions across multiple companies including PMG Worldwide and Koddi since September 2022. Previously, Robin held the position of VP - Associate General Counsel at Sabre Corporation, managing a global team to provide legal and transactional support for complex commercial transactions from 2016 to 2022. Robin's legal career includes roles such as General Counsel and VP-Compliance at Aviall Services, Senior Counsel at Dresser, and Senior Corporate Counsel at Safety-Kleen, among others. Robin initiated a private practice focused on asset-based lending and financing prior to obtaining a Doctor of Law degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
