Antoinetta Zerafa

Antoinetta Zerafa is an experienced professional in process automation and customer care, currently serving as the Process Automation Lead and Process Automation Developer at Momentum Energy since November 2020. Antoinetta is also a co-owner of Lasagne Entertainment since July 2023. Prior to these roles, Antoinetta had a long tenure at Jetstar Airways from March 2008 to August 2021, where responsibilities included roles such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer, Contact Centre and Baggage Services Coordinator, and Customer Care Executive Analyst, among others, culminating in a position as Product Specialist for Jetstar Holidays.
