Celine Chia, CPP, is a skilled professional with diverse experience in customer care and visual merchandising. Currently serving as a Test Analyst at Momentum Energy since July 2020, Celine has also held multiple roles within the company, including Customer Care Specialist, Cross Trained Sale and Care Consultant, and Customer Care Consultant, focusing on case management and support initiatives. Prior to this, Celine worked as a Visual Merchandiser at H&M from March 2018 to July 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing visual merchandising for women's and children's departments and contributing to management tasks, trend organization, collection launches, and store aesthetics.
