Louise Kirby

Louise Kirby is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on people and culture, currently serving as the Head of People at Momentum Energy since September 2024. Prior roles at Momentum Energy include GM People & Experience (Secondment) and People & Talent Manager from July 2021 to May 2024. Louise's previous experience includes leadership positions such as Head of People and Culture at BGL Corporate Solutions and People & Culture Business Partner at Grant Thornton Australia. Additional experience encompasses roles at Newcrest Mining, where expertise in graduate programs and talent management was developed, along with positions at GSK and CSL. Louise holds a BSc Hons in Environmental Biology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
