Nancy Murphy

Nancy Murphy is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and team management. Currently serving as the Vulnerability Team Leader at Momentum Energy since August 2018, Nancy coaches and mentors staff to support individuals in hardship. Previously, as the Collections Team Leader at illion Australia and New Zealand from February 2013 to June 2018, Nancy managed a team within the Debt Management Solutions sector, focusing on quality coaching and targeted training. Additional experience includes roles as Retail Sales Manager, Team Leader across several companies, and a Research Analyst at GE Capital. Nancy holds a PGDHRM in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from Holy Cross College of Education.
