Nirav Surani is the current Customer Success Specialist at Momentum. Prior to this, they were the Customer Service Team Lead at Shopify and the Business Account Executive at Rogers Communications. Nirav has also worked as the General Manager for KFC Canada. Nirav is responsible for managing relationships with assigned clients, which includes onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction. Nirav is also responsible for maintaining customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content. Nirav has excellent communication skills and is able to effectively communicate with both internal and external senior-level management. Nirav is also experienced in maintaining existing customer success metrics and data.
Nirav Surani obtained a postgraduate degree in Canadian Immigration Law from the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants. Nirav also holds an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fraser International College. In addition, they are a certified Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant from College IC – Collège IC.
