Frank Rivier has extensive work experience in customer service and training roles. Frank started their career with Momentum Services Ltd as the Head of Customer Experience. From there, they joined Eurostar as a Learning and Development Manager and later became a Facilitator for Eurostar Académie du Service. Frank then worked with Carnival UK - P&O Cruises - Ocean Village as an Onboard Training & Development Consultant, where they provided innovative training solutions and played a key role in the delivery of the Carnival UK Change Programme. Prior to that, they worked with Compass Group as a Catering Manager, overseeing operations at Chelsea Football Club and Wimbledon The Championship. Frank's early career includes various positions as a Duty Onboard Services Manager and Line Trainer at Momentum Services Ltd.

Frank Rivier completed their education in the field of catering and hospitality management. Frank attended Lycée hôtelier de Chamalières in France from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Brevet de Téchnicien Supérieur Hôtellerie-Rèstauration option Hôtellerie degree. After that, in 2002-2003, they pursued a Certificate in Training Practices, specializing in Learning & Development, from CIPD. In 2008, they completed an Advanced Certificate in Managing Food Safety in Catering from CIEH, achieving a merit.
