Amanda Scott

Amanda Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Sr. TOC Engineer at Momentum Telecom since July 2022, Amanda focuses on voice and data support for enterprise resellers, troubleshooting network and hosted voice issues. Prior experience includes directing production and IT for Revolution Church from February 2018 to July 2022, where Amanda managed tech teams and developed training plans. Amanda also worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent for 17 years, specializing in optical network troubleshooting and service restoration. Earlier roles include electrical engineering at Northrop Grumman and military service in the US Navy, where Amanda gained expertise in cryptologic equipment and systems. Amanda holds an Associate's degree in Mathematics and Technology with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from the US Navy.
