Chris Lash

Chris Lash is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations focused on financial inclusion and community development. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Momentus Capital, CDC Small Business Finance, and Capital Impact Partners since January 2021, Chris contributes to the mission of providing equitable access to capital for small business owners in underestimated communities. Previous roles include Finance & Development Team member at Shift Capital LLC, Research Intern at GiveDirectly, and Senior Management Associate Intern at Bridgewater Associates. As the first Managing Director at Leaders of Tomorrow, Chris drove B2B sales, fundraising, and impact evaluation efforts. Educational background includes an MBA in Economic Development and Financial Inclusion from Yale School of Management and a BA in Religious Studies from Yale University.
