Nakita Conley

Nakita Conley is a seasoned professional in the field of social work with extensive experience in service facilitation and supervision. Currently serving as a Senior Service Facilitator at Moms In Motion since August 2022, Nakita previously held the position of Unit Supervisor at The GEO Group, Inc. from November 2017 to July 2022. With a foundational role as an Overnight Aid at The Arc of Essex County from January 2010 to June 2022, Nakita also completed internships that involved behavioral evaluations and individual counseling. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Social Work from Rutgers University - Newark (2014-2017) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Human Social Services from Essex County College (2010-2013). Prior military service includes a role as an Administrative Assistant in the US Army from August 2000 to July 2005.
