Dpace Paudel has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Registered Nurse in the Orthopedic Medical/Surgical Floor at Sanford Medical Center. From there, they moved on to Golden Living Center where they served as an RN Charge Nurse/Manager on Duty for the PM shift from November 2012 to February 2014. In 2014, they joined the US Army 62 MD 47th CSH as a Team Leader/68C Nurse in the Combat Support Hospital ICU Department, a role they held until November 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Travel/Float Nurse at Integrated Medical System from October 2015 to October 2016. In 2015, they served as an RN/BSN Nurse Supervisor at ManorCare Tacoma WA. Finally, their most recent position was Director of Nursing at Monarch Healthcare Management, a role they assumed in November 2017.
Dpace Paudel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, accredited by the Commission for Nursing Education, from 2007 to 2012. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued an MBA in Health Care from the University of Mary. Currently, Dpace is pursuing a Doctor of Nurse Practitioner degree in Nursing Informatics at the University of Minnesota, starting in 2019 and expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ACLS, BLS, Combat Life Support, and Operational Clinical Infectious Disease from the Walter Reed Army Institute.
