Elizabeth Baginski

Elizabeth Baginski has worked as the Director of Maintenance Operations at Monarch Landscape Companies since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Employee Engagement Manager at the same company from April 2019 to June 2023. Before joining Monarch Landscape Companies, Elizabeth served as a Senior Branch Manager at BrightView landscape services from February 2015 to January 2019.

Elizabeth Baginski completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Ornamental Horticulture at Fullerton Community College. Elizabeth then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Ornamental Horticulture at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. As of 2022, they are currently pursuing a Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA) degree at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
