Nicholas Ostrout

Nicholas Ostrout, Ph.D., is a co-founder of Monarch Therapeutics, Inc., where the focus is on developing an innovative antigen binding platform for advanced therapeutics. With extensive experience in commercial development, Nicholas served as Senior Director at Charles River Laboratories and held multiple senior director roles at Lonza, emphasizing personalized medicine. Previous positions include leadership roles at Miltenyi Biotec, co-founder and Scientific Director of Fluorish, and Sales and Applications Specialist at FlowJo, LLC, where key partnerships and market commercialization were pivotal. Nicholas is an expert in multi-color flow cytometry panel design and has a Ph.D. in Immunology from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Denison University.
