Jake Winters

Jake Winters is currently the Head of Impact at Monarch Tractor. Prior to that, they were a Supply Chain Project Manager at Romeo Power Technology from August 2017 to July 2019. Jake has also worked as a Resident Assistant at Purdue University from August 2015 to August 2017.

Jake Winters is a supply chain and logistics expert with experience in both the public and private sector. Jake has a proven track record of streamlining processes and reducing costs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. In their current role, Jake is responsible for ensuring that Monarch Tractor's products are delivered on time and within budget. Jake has also played a key role in developing and implementing an automated KPI reporting system that enables performance metrics without additional data collection or reporting overhead.

Jake Winters earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geosciences from Purdue University.
