Monash College's executive team has experience in a variety of industries, including talent management, research, and education. The team is led by a founder of Therefore Talent and director of talent acquisition at Australia Post. The team also has a head of talent, culture, and leadership capability from Kmart Australia Limited. All members of the executive team have experience in leadership roles within their industries.
