Angus Henderson

Angus Henderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research strategy, enterprise development, and biotechnology. Currently serving as General Manager for Research Strategy at Monash Health and Non-Executive Director at Outcome Health and Lort Smith, Angus previously held the position of CEO at the Australian Council of Learned Academies, where significant interdisciplinary studies were conducted to inform policy decisions. As Principal Consultant at Foreground Innovation, Angus assisted start-ups in maximizing their potential through effective business programs. Additional roles included Senior Advisor positions in biotechnology and on the Australia-India Business Advisory Group, along with management positions at the Global CCS Institute and the Australian Government. Angus holds a Ph.D. in Medical Science from The Australian National University and has completed advanced training at prestigious institutions, including Harvard Medical School.
