Paul Osborne has over 25 years of work experience in the payments solutions industry. Paul began their career in 1995 as a Network Controller/Systems Support for Spicers UK Ltd. Paul then moved to WorldPay Ltd in 1999, where they were a EMEA Technical Support Manager. In 2004, they took on the role of Integrations Manager for Earthport, and also worked as a Customer Services Manager for C3 Computers. In 2005, they became a Customer Support Manager for Optimal Payments Ltd, and in 2006 they were an Integration Consultant and Contract Software Test Engineer for RBS WorldPay. In 2009, they joined Cashflows and worked as a Professional Services Manager, Customer Support Manager, and Technical Support Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of Operations for Monavate, a payments solutions provider based in Cambridge, UK.

Paul Osborne attended Cambridge Regional College from 1988-1989, where they obtained a BTEC First Diploma in Science. Paul then returned to Cambridge Regional College from 1990-1992, where they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance. In 2007, they obtained the Software Testing Foundation Certification from ISEB.
