Jorge del Pozo Mazo

Jorge del Pozo Mazo is an experienced industrial director with a strong background in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as Director Industrial at MONBAKE since September 2018, Jorge oversees an industrial area comprising nearly 1,000 personnel across 10 production facilities. Prior to this role, Jorge was Corporate Production Director at Berlys Corporación for over a decade, where notable achievements included the development of a comprehensive operational dashboard integrated with the company's ERP and the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles. Jorge has also held key positions such as Industrial Director at Sunsundegui, and has extensive experience in quality and logistics management from roles at ArvinMeritor and Faurecia Automotive Seating. Jorge holds an EMBA from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and various qualifications in industrial quality and production management.
