Alexandre Gerno

Alexandre GERNO has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Europe & Middle East region at Moncler since March 2018. Previously, Alexandre held the position of Human Resources Director WW at LANVIN from November 2009 to February 2018, overseeing significant recruitment efforts and international HR policy development across multiple countries. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Armand Thiery from April 2005 to October 2009, where Alexandre developed personnel management policies, and HR Manager at Fnac from September 2000 to March 2005. Alexandre's educational background includes a DESS in Human Resource Management and a DEA in Business Law from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
