Agnetha Pruim has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Agnetha started their career working in project coordinator and research roles for various organizations in Italy, the UK, and the Netherlands from 2007 to 2009. Agnetha then joined Vodafone IT and held various roles including business analyst, product coordinator, and junior product marketing manager from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a marketing manager for PANDORA A/S, where they were responsible for defining the brand strategy and positioning in the Dutch market. Agnetha also served as the ad interim country managing director during a transition phase. In 2017, Agnetha Pruim joined Miele as the head of product management before moving on to SWAROVSKI in 2018 as the regional manager for Europe and Australia-New Zealand, where they oversaw trade and retail marketing initiatives. In 2020, they became the head of marketing for PureGym Swiss, leading a team and responsible for brand positioning, sales, media campaigns, and fitness club openings. Most recently, they joined Mondaine Watch Ltd in 2022 as the global head of marketing for Luminox and was promoted to the role of global brand director in 2023.
Agnetha Pruim earned a Master's degree (Msc) in Social Sciences from Tilburg University in 2007. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree (Bsc) in Social Sciences from the same university in 2006. Agnetha also studied Marketing&PR at IULM University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in subjects such as Corporate Sustainability, Sustainable Fashion, and Contract Law from institutions like Coursera, edX, and Harvard University.
