Kristen Cool

Kristen Cool is an experienced HR professional with a background in recruiting and public relations. Currently serving as an Associate HR Business Partner and Senior Recruiter at monday.com since April 2020, Kristen leverages expertise in talent acquisition and workforce management. Prior to this role, Kristen was self-employed as a full-time traveler after nearly five years at LinkedIn, where responsibilities included full lifecycle recruiting for Product and Global Customer Operations. Earlier career experiences include roles at Neology as a Public Relations Associate and at blast! PR as an intern, along with administrative and program production supervision at the Patricia Henley Foundation. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
