Mike Lamm

Mike Lamm is the current VP of People - North America at monday.com. Prior to this, they served as the Global Director of People at Squarespace from July 2018 to January 2022. In addition to taking Squarespace public in 2021 via Direct Listing on the NYSE, Mike led our HR team through 2x company headcount growth, a full revamp of our HR program, and the first four corporate acquisitions in its history. Before their time at Squarespace, Mike was a Board Member at Employment Horizons, Inc. from September 2014 to September 2015. Mike also worked as a Senior Consultant (M&A, OD & Change) at BASF from June 2012 to July 2018. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Korn Ferry from December 2010 to June 2012, where they worked on Hay Group Insight / Engagement projects.

Mike Lamm has a advanced certificate in strategic HR management from Cornell University, an MBA in sustainability from Northeastern University, and a BA in industrial/organizational psychology & business management from The College of New Jersey.
