Omer Grinboim

Omer Grinboim is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as an R&D Team Lead at monday.com since March 2023, Grinboim has previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Full Stack Software Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Santa Inc, where responsibilities involved defining and implementing software architectures in a cloud environment. Grinboim also contributed as a Backend Engineer at Microsoft, focusing on complex intelligence features for the Office365 suite.
