Rachel Schenkler

Rachel Schenkler is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product management and customer experience. Currently serving as a Product Knowledge Manager at monday.com since September 2022, Rachel previously held positions as Customer Experience Lead and Specialist at Lightricks, where expertise in user engagement and satisfaction was developed. Prior roles include Assistant Community Manager at ROI Community, where Rachel managed grant processes and created networking programs, and CRM Officer, focused on training development for various technology platforms. Rachel's background also includes program advising and coordination at organizations such as Israel Experience® and OLAM, as well as leadership in youth programming at Congregation AABJ&D.
