Victor Niklasson

Victor Niklasson is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in technology solutions and account management. Currently serving as the Nordics Enterprise Account Manager at monday.com since December 2024, Victor has previously held significant positions such as Sales Director at AddReax Group, where Victor enabled leading brands to enhance revenue through marketing technology and adtech solutions. At Smartsheet, Victor developed sales strategies for Collaborative Work Management and Project Portfolio Management, while at Medallia, Victor led the sales cycle for Customer Experience solutions in London. Victor's tenure at Adobe included managing complex enterprise agreements for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions, and being recognized with the Adobe Sales Achievement Award in FY2018. Victor began a career at Box, progressing from Sales Development Representative to Outbound Business Representative. Victor holds an MA in Law from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
