Kenny Marines is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in development asset management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Monday Properties since May 2024, Kenny previously held multiple senior roles at RXR Realty from February 2014 to April 2024, including Senior Vice President, First Vice President, and Vice President in the Development Asset Management division. Prior to that, Kenny worked at Tishman Speyer as Director of Asset & Portfolio Management from October 2005 to September 2013. Kenny earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Williams College, where studies took place from 1997 to 2001.
