Aelakanti Soujanya

Aelakanti Soujanya has several years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Aelakanti began their career in 2016 as a Recruiter at Vivotex India Pvt. Ltd. and then worked as an HR Recruiter at winx consultancy from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined TTEC Digital Analytics India LLP as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Aelakanti then moved on to Aurum Data Solutions Inc in 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, they are working at Mondee Holdings, Inc. in the same role.
