Adam Harris currently serves as the Wellbeing Chocolate Technology Platforms Lead (Principal Scientist) at Mondelēz International, focusing on developing technologies and products that align with the wellbeing agenda for the Global Chocolate category since January 2017. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Upstream Innovation Manager (Principal Scientist) at Mondelēz International, managing global technical innovation related to major brands like Cadbury, Milka, and Lacta from November 2012 to May 2015. Adam also served as the Global Chocolate Design Manager for Cadbury plc., where leadership of a team was essential to create appealing chocolate designs for various markets from May 2005 to November 2012. Earlier experience includes working as NPD Manager at Ernest Jackson and as Senior Product Developer at Cadbury plc. Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from Bournemouth University, completed in 1998.
