Ankit Mahajan

Ankit Mahajan is an accomplished leader in sales operations with extensive experience in driving growth and operational efficiency across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Sales Operations at Mondelēz International since July 2021, Ankit oversees a diverse team of over 250 members, striving for excellence in execution to establish the company as a snacking powerhouse. Previously, Ankit held various leadership roles at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where responsibilities included building a future-ready sales organization and transforming retailer relationships. Ankit also contributed significantly to PepsiCo, including a role as Country Manager for Sri Lanka, where successful strategies led to a turnaround of a USD 41 million business. Ankit's educational background includes a PGPM in Marketing and Finance from the Management Development Institute and a leadership course from Harvard Business School Online.
