Leighton Rose

Leighton Rose has accumulated extensive experience in talent acquisition and business management over the years. Currently working at Mondelēz International since May 2016, Leighton serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Northern Europe and M&A, as well as the Team Lead for Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, Leighton held various managerial roles at Hays from 2005 to 2016, focusing on procurement and supply chain recruitment. With a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Teesside University, Leighton has a strong foundation in business and management.
