Manuel Sanchez is an accomplished leader in research and development with over two decades of experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of R&D Global Biscuits Platforms Strategy and Value/Productivity at Mondelēz International, Manuel Sanchez has successfully led multiple teams in packaging innovation and quality improvement for the North America Biscuits Category. Prior roles include Associate Director for R&D Packaging and Global Powdered Beverages, as well as Section Manager overseeing a team of engineers across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Manuel Sanchez's earlier experience at Kraft Foods Group encompassed various leadership roles focused on product development in cheese and convenient meals, consistently driving innovation and quality enhancements. Manuel Sanchez holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
