Raluca Ungureanu

Raluca Ungureanu is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Director and Chief Counsel for Marketing and ESG at Mondelēz International, with extensive experience in corporate law, M&A, and compliance. Since joining Mondelēz in September 2013, Raluca has held various leadership roles, including leading legal integration for Chipita Global S.A. and advising on legal aspects across multiple product categories in Europe. Prior to Mondelēz, Raluca worked at Kraft Foods Group as Chief Counsel for Romania and East Adriatic Markets, where Raluca provided strategic legal guidance and oversaw compliance initiatives. Raluca began the legal career at GSK as a Legal Counsel, advising on corporate matters in the pharmaceutical industry. Raluca holds an LL.M in International Business Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, a qualification in Intellectual Property Law, and a law degree from the University of Bucharest.
