Richie Gray is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Mondelez Snack Futures at Mondelēz International. Since joining the company in July 2011, Richie Gray has taken on various leadership roles, including Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Chipita S.A., where responsibilities encompass marketing, R&D, and business development. Previously, Richie Gray led the M&A strategy for Chipita S.A., oversaw a $1 billion biscuits category, and directed the gum and candy businesses across North and Central Europe, among other positions. Prior experience includes significant roles at Kraft Foods Group, leading the integration post-Cadbury acquisition, and diverse positions at Diageo. Richie Gray holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Edinburgh.
