Shakira Gandhi

Shakira Gandhi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement, finance, and internal audit within the Mondi Group since 2007. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer, Shakira oversees company-wide procurement activities, develops strategic sourcing initiatives, and provides financial and strategic guidance to enhance business operations. Previously, Shakira held roles such as Director of Procurement and Head of Finance, contributing to financial governance, risk management, and operational efficiency. Shakira began the career with Ernst and Young as a Senior Manager in Internal Audit. Academically, Shakira holds a Master of Business Leadership from the University of South Africa, is a Certified Internal Auditor, and is a Chartered Accountant.
