Michael Long

Michael Long has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Michael is currently working as the Group VP People for Mondia Group. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Consultant and Founder at LLR Global, where they provided unique HR services in the recruitment industry. Michael also served as the Vice President HR at Within3, where they helped life sciences organizations improve stakeholder engagement. Before that, they held the position of People and Talent Head EMEA and APAC at ConsenSys, where they handled various HR functions. Michael also worked as an HR and Talent Acquisition Director at OSN and as a Talent Acquisition Director at du, where they played strategic roles in recruitment. Additionally, they gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Penta Consulting and CSG Talent. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Leeds United and Leeds Metropolitan University.

Michael Long attended Leeds Beckett University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing and Advertising Management. In 2018, they obtained a certification from CIPD, and they also hold a certification in Certified Assessor PAPI from Cubiks.
