Alexander Swift

Alexander Swift is the VP of BaaS at Monese. Alexander has over four years of experience in IT systems analysis and software development. Alexander began their career as a DBA and report designer at Sekure Merchant Solutions and was promoted to lead the software development team within six months. Alexander increased the size of the team from two to six and managed the pipeline of software projects and team workload in an Agile environment. Alexander also participated in strategic direction and decision making related to the IT roadmap. Alexander has notable experience in implementing modern software development practices, managing development for a bespoke CRM system, and leading the implementation of 3rd party software projects.

Alexander Swift was educated at The Manchester Grammar School.
