Dariusz Sadowski is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Monese since September 2021, where responsibilities include strategy and organization of the tech department, supporting business stakeholders, and managing technical initiatives. Previously, Dariusz held roles such as Senior Engineering Manager, developing a Coreless Banking platform, and has extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer at various companies, including Allica Bank, Rightmove, and WorldFirst, with a strong focus on Java technologies and backend development. Additionally, Dariusz has contributed to the tech community as an Event Organizer for the Code Mastery Meetup Group and has a solid background in full stack and backend development across multiple programming languages and frameworks.
