Mr. Marcus Lim is the Assistant Managing Director of the Banking & Insurance Group, overseeing the licensing and supervision of all banks, merchant banks, insurers, and finance companies in Singapore.
Mr. Lim has served in various functions at MAS, including payments supervision, anti-money laundering, financial center development, and monetary management. He has a Master of Arts from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago.
