Naomi Phillips serves as the Corporate Director of Partnerships and Engagement at the Money and Pensions Service since April 2024, focusing on enhancing financial wellbeing for those in need across the UK. Naomi is also a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows. Previously, Naomi held the position of Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Policy and Research at the Learning and Work Institute, contributing to vital issues related to employment and social inclusion. Naomi's career includes roles such as Director of Policy and Advocacy at the British Red Cross and Head of Policy at Breast Cancer Now. Earlier experiences include positions at Mind, General Pharmaceutical Council, Humanists UK, and the House of Lords. Naomi holds an Executive Course in Creative Leadership from Bayes Business School, an MSc in Gender and Social Policy from the London School of Economics, and a B.Soc.Sc in Social Policy from the University of Manchester.
