Kimberley Graystone DipCII has extensive experience in customer operations and mentoring, currently working at Moneybarn since August 2019, where responsibilities include assisting customers with account queries and affordability assessments, achieving promotion to Tier 2 status within three days of starting. Additionally, Kimberley serves as a mentor for the Prison Advice and Care Trust, supporting individuals with complex issues.
