Tim Schwarz

Tim Schwarz has a diverse work experience in marketing and digital content management. Tim has held several leadership positions, including Head of Marketing at Moneybarn and Vanquis Banking Group. At Moneybarn, they were responsible for directing the Brand and Marketing team, focusing on web platform optimization, lead generation, and brand communication. At Vanquis Banking Group, they held the role of Head of Marketing, Vehicle Finance.

Prior to these roles, Tim worked as the Head of Creative and Digital Marketing at the University of Surrey, where they led the relaunch of the university's website and played a key role in developing the new brand identity. Tim also gained experience in the banking industry as a Mobile UX and Marketing Strategist at TSB Bank, overseeing the UX and UI of their mobile banking app and leading the in-app marketing and commercial strategy.

Tim has previous experience in the consumer electronics industry, working at Sony Electronics as the Head of Digital Content and Digital Marketing Manager. In these roles, they developed and executed digital content strategies, launched marketing apps, and coordinated digital elements of branding campaigns.

Tim began their career as a Merchandising Assistant at Arcadia Group Ltd, where they managed a large stock intake and contributed to advancements in marketing planning methods.

Prior to that, they attended Kingston Grammar School from 1995 to 2001. Additionally, Tim obtained a certification in Reputation Management from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in June 2022.
