Kareem El-Shaffei

Kareem El-Shaffei started their career as a Financial Analyst at Grant Thornton Consultants in 2009, followed by the Accelerate Management Program at PepsiCo. Kareem then moved on to HC Securities & Investment as an Investment Banking Analyst before founding CIRQY in 2012, a marketplace for local products in the Middle East. After that, they joined Souq.com, where they held roles such as Head of Business Development for Marketplace and Chief of Staff. Kareem then transitioned to Amazon, where they served as Head of Product & Programs and later as Head of Product for Amazon Prime in Egypt. Currently, they are the Director of Strategy & Programs at Money Fellows, a leading money circles app worldwide.

Kareem El-Shaffei completed their American High School Diploma at the International School of Choueifat from 2000 to 2004. Kareem then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance at The American University in Cairo from 2004 to 2008. In 2015, they obtained certifications in Operations Analytics and Customer Analytics from Wharton Online | The Wharton School.
